Meditation-U Legacy
The Meditation-U Lineage and its entire course system were created by the founder and his team of Dragon Warrior students, refined over 30+ years of international teaching in martial arts and Buddhist awakening systems.
These teachings have been distilled into a comprehensive body-mind-spirit practice, focusing on six key elements: Healing, Body Training, Energy Cultivation, Mind Practice, martial arts, and Buddhist Wisdom.
